If the sync is happening in real-time, then it makes no sense to display "1 lead synced successfully" - then it's maybe better to display the number of leads synced in the last 60 minutes or 24 hours. maybe the best would be to display both: X leads synced in the last 60 minutes, Y leads synced in the last 24 hours.
