syncing petition leads to NRO databases: to make sure no petition signups are getting lost. Currently only the most expensive microsites have this feature and even they are not updated for GDPR compliance. Should support all major CRMs in use by NROs. The campaign project page should not store personal data for security reasons and for deduplication (supporter data should be stored only in one place - to make sure if there's a change or deletion request, we can easily accomplish that - see GDPR)
