As a web editor I can remove the P4 navigation so that I can use custom campaign navigation

Requirements:

• page customizer displays a Navigation section (see mockup)
• two radio buttons: Planet4 navigation and Minimal navigation
• if the web editor chooses minimal then both Header and Footer are replaced by a minimal version
• minimal footer contains all legally required links (privacy policy)
• minimal footer contains social media links - target URLs can be customized
