As a web editor, I can remove Planet 4 navigation so that I can replace it with my own navigation

Requirements:

• the campaign page customizer has an option that allows to switch between the regular P4 header and a minimal version that doesn't contain the usual navigation items (Act, Explore, search bar, etc)
• The minimal header contains the Greenpeace logo and a country/language selector.
• The minimal header is the same for all campaigns - only the background color is customizable, options are specified in the campaign color palette
• transparent background is also available
