As a web editor, I want to have the option to replace the colors of various elements (e.g. text, background, button colors) so that I can customize my campaign page for my regional audience.

Requirements:

• the campaign page customizer has a Header Styles section with a color swatch that is assigned to the campaign template (Arctic, Forests, etc) (see mockup)
• choosing a different color in the swatch will update the color of the Header
