As a web editor, I want to  change the background color of my footer so that it matches my campaign design

Requirements:

• the campaign page customizer has a Footer Styles section with a color swatch that is assigned to the campaign template (Arctic, Forests, etc)
• choosing a different color in the swatch will update the color of the Footer
