ISSUE:
The language used to describe the behaviour of the Column block on the Tag page is too vague.

TASK:
1) Create header text that reads: "Column block: Choose which Page Types will populate the content of the Column block. If no box is checked Publications will appear by default."
2) Remove the editor text that is below each check box.
