Add the fields corresponding to the blocks that appear on the Tag page to allow the Admin to customise how the blocks on the page will display.
The tag page currently auto-adds 3 blocks: Covers, Articles, Content 4 Column. But none of the fields to edit the blocks are shown in the tag edit page.
For example, Articles block is configured to show only 1 row of covers, while when adding this block to a page, the user has the option to add 2 rows and all covers as well.
