      As a User
      I want to be able to toggle between Languages
      So I can see content in another language on a site with multiple options

      As an Admin
      I want a to have a toggle in the Header/Footer (text link? dropdown?)
      So my site visitor can choose in which Language they want to view the site

      did we already design for this somehere vromuald wmorrisj?
