Follow up on PLANET-1775

Task: Clone and modify the child-theme so that when applied to a website it produces the result of the design in the following folder:

Create subtasks as needed. Some notes:
You will need to create a navigation column (create a subtask)
You will need to modify the design of some of the blocks (create a task for each)
You will need to modify the colors (create subtasks)
Maybe you will need to modify margins (create subtasks).

Very important part of this task: We need this to serve as a documented template for agencies. The reason behind this is that when campaign minisites want to use Planet4 with a different design, they employ agencies to make this design reality. We need to give good documentation to those agencies of what they need/can change in order to achieve what they want only by adding to the child theme.

One possible solution would be to investigate if we need to seperate parts of our CSS from our master-theme to the child-theme.
