Tasks block & Video block: Fix 'slash apostrophe'

      In the back end when the user types an apostrophe, sometimes it appears as /' (slash apostrophe). We've found it in the Header for the Video block and the text of individual tasks.

      Looks like it's only doing this in the backend, not front end, which is good (and makes this issue waayy less important right this second). Still, confusing for our Webbie users.
