Tasks block: Fix poor alignment

      rework the Tasks block so the "Things you can do" are more aligned. It often looks poorly on  Desktop and I find myself tweaking the text and have removed all images b/c things are just not lining up nicely. let's discuss.

      and on Mobile, I think the design is wrong...? I thought these were to collapse and expand? wmorrisj
