Summary

As a follow up from PLANET-7745, it would make more sense to offer the option for switching between Post Type and Category as a global setting instead of editors having to do that for each block.

Requirements

• Add an option under Planet 4 > Defaults Content. It should be the first option on that page.
  • Label: Taxonomy breadcrumbs
  • Radio button: Category (that's the default) and Post Type.
  • Help text: Choose which taxonomy to display on Post breadcrumbs.
• Remove the sidebar option from the Post List block introduced in PLANET-7745.
• The global option should affect all instance of the Post list block, including listing pages and related posts.
