Summary

Following up from PLANET-7681, we have certain use cases (see comments on the mentioned ticket) that require to set different social share options on Forms compared to Posts or even different option between different forms.

At the same time many NROs would like to have a global setting for everything. So we need to combine and offer both workflows.

Requirements

• Add a new option under Planet 4 > Social
  • Label: "Apply social sharing options"
• This should be a radio button 2 options: Posts, Posts & Forms
• "Posts & Forms" should be the default option
  • Create a migration that sets the default option
• When only Posts option is selected, we should revert back into showing social share options on Form Settings like you used to
