Summary

Since we are retiring the blocks plugin soon, it would be a good time to check our current translation domains and possibly remove some of them. We have a few at the moment:

• planet4-master-theme
• planet4-master-theme-backend
• planet4-blocks
• planet4-blocks-backend

Requirements

• Investigate if we can merge planet4-blocks translations into the master-theme ones
• Preserve the frontend/backend separation
