Based on this Slack thread

As an expected behaviour, the list should render all post types (page and p4_action) where  its parent is set as p4_action within the window.p4_vars.take_action_page value. Here is the current implementation.

Requirements

• The dropdown should show all Actions.
• The behavior should also adjust conditionally based on "New IA" option:
  • If it's disabled, it should fetch children pages of the designated "Act Page"
  • If it's enabled, it should fetch children pages of the designated "Take Action Page"
