Summary

While import media from the GP Media, we should show if there are any restrictions attached. We used to have this functionality during our older implementation.

Requirements

• Fetch restrictions from GP Media API
• Show restriction on the import sidebar before importing the file
• Show restriction on the Media Library while browsing the media file (see screenshot of older implementation)
