Rename our Gallery block to "P4 Gallery"

      Summary

      When the "Enable all blocks" P4 feature is enabled, it causes confusion (and the e2e tests fail) because WordPress also has a core Gallery block. If we rename it to "P4 Gallery" (similar to what we did for the P4 Columns block) that should solve it.
