Summary

Community feedback indicated that the cut-off content in the Quick Links block on mobile devices is unclear and is seen as a bug. To improve the user experience, we will add left & right arrows for clearer navigation.

As this is a block pattern, this is an investigation ticket to check feasibluity of different options (see comments for more details).

• Left/Right arrow buttons on all screen sizes
• Feather effect on the edges to indicate that there is more content available beyond the visible area.
• Cut over last item in half to indicate there is more to scroll
