Summary

Community feedback indicated that the cut-off content in the Quick Links block on mobile devices is unclear and is seen as a bug. To improve the user experience, we will add left & right arrows for clearer navigation.

Requirements

• Add left & right arrows on all screen sizes
• Add a feather effect on the edges to indicate that there is more content available beyond the visible area
• Hide the arrow when the user reaches the last item in the block
