Summary

Since we are phasing out Articles block in favor of Posts list block, we should also migrate the Related Articles piece that uses Articles under the hood.

We can probably use Query Loop directly here, since the block outside of the Post content and not configurable.

Requirements

• Replace related articles code to use Query Loop block instead.
• Test the implementation works while the blocks plugin is deactivated.
