When creating a Gravity-Form on P4, instead of one form with the right name - it creates two forms: one with the forms correct name, and a second with the #form_[form_id#]. Some contacts are being delivered to the 2nd form with errors. However, all the contacts are being kept correctly under "Form entries" and I can download it manually and upload it to Hubspot.
