Requirements

• Check the field guide for new features and breaking changes.
• Check dev-notes posts for new features and breaking changes.
• Either fix small breaking changes if any or create follow up tickets if we need to fix bigger issues before upgrading.
• For non-blocking issues that may deserve some exploration, add them as experimentation day ideas.
• If there are not blocking issues move forward with the upgrade in base (and develop).
