Summary

Based on the investigation in PLANET-7504 we can explore the option of implementing the functionality ourselves as the plugin has a wider scope compared to what we need.

Update: The scope of this ticket is limited to files.

Requirements

• The functionality should be compatible with wp-stateless.
• Verify that the media file is being replaced and its original url is preserved. This may require some browser cache cleaning. And with the "Disable Cache" option enabled on browser network tab.
• Trigger a Cloudflare API call to to purge the media url from cache after replacing the file.
