Summary

It's time to retire certain feature flags that are not actively being used, to clean up some code and avoid confusion for website admins.

Requirements

• Clean up code and remove the below feature flags:
  • "Purge Cloudflare HTML cache on feature changes": We currently have no feature flag that requires a full cache purge to work properly, and it's a bit excessive to purge everything on every save on the Features page.
  • "WordPress template editor": We haven't really experimented with this.
• Add a migration that cleans up those options from database.
