We want to make some changes to text for the EN Forms in the backend to make behaviors clearer for editors, and also add some buttons to the hover state of the first display of the selcted image

Requirements

• We would like to add two buttons called “replace” and “remove” in hover state to the first display of the selected image. (see prototype below)
• Instead of "Select focal point for background image" put "Select focal point"
• Add before the image “Drag the mouse to the focal area” and after the image “Or input the position with numbers for more precision". 
• Add after the “left” “top” fields: “Drag “left” to move across the horizontal axis and slide “top” upwards to move through the vertical axis.”
• Remove the word "(Optional)"
