Summary

We have already disabled the block when the "New IA" feature flag is enabled. In order to retire the block completely we need to migrate existing content to something else using existing blocks.

Requirements

• The screenshots attached show how the migration should look, but here is a breakdown:
  • Add a Columns block (core/columns) with two Columns.
    • Left column matches the content of the left side of the Split Two Columns. We can use Image, Heading, Paragraph blocks. The link should be a standalone link.
    • Right column matches the content of the right side of the Split Two Columns. We can either use the "Side image with text and CTA" block pattern or just individual blocks.
