Remove Arrow Icon component from the Spreadsheet block

      Summary

      We should remove the Arrow Icon Component from the Spreadsheet block and use it within the stylesheet. It does not make sense to render a React component just for an icon.

      Instead of <ArrowIcon /> we should replace with <div className="arrow-icon"/>
