Summary

As we have integrated Sendgrid, we can also provide a filter for NROs that have their own Sendgrid account to override the from address.

Requirements

• Add a filter to change the SENDER value for our Sendgrid PHPMailer integration.
• Add a new documentation page "Hooks" under "Tech" to document the filter.
• Test the implementation on GPCH dev site in coordination with them. To make it work, they would need to add their Sendgrid api token under CircleCI project secrets with the name SENDGRID_API_KEY. The token should be base64 encoded.
