Summary

Following up from PLANET-7239, we should do the same on the rest of the listing pages and use the new UI regardless of the new_ia feature flag.

Requirements

• Drop conditional logic on php classes and templates.
• Refactor code so that the new template (based on Query Loop block) is used regardless of the new IA feature flag.
• This should be applied to all listing pages (tags, categories, post types, author, etc).
