Summary

Once all tickets from Epic PLANET-5715 are ready, we will need to activate the feature and deactivate the old plugin.

Requirements

• Remove the feature flag and enable the new implementation by default.
• Remove the old medialibrary plugin from the base repo, so it's uninstalled on the same release deployment.
• Test that API credentials work as expected after the above steps.
• Install the old medialibrary plugin on NRO local composer files in cases where they use an older pinned version of the main theme (eg. GPCH, Storytelling).
