Summary

Add in a definition (definitions in Figma file linked below) to all P4 custom blocks settings in the same format/style as Wordpress native block definitions. For each block, also add the link to the relevant handbook page. The same emoji that is connected to the blocks in the handbook has been added as well. Add in a chevron so users can expand/close this section.

Requirements

• Add in definition
• Add in link to handbook + emoji 
• Add in chevron 
• When user clicks on the block and settings open, this should be expanded and not closed unless the user manually closes this with the chevron
