Current Behavior:

• When you swipe left or right on a carousel banner, there is a brief flicker before the next banner shows. You can see a sample at 00:00 here 

Expected Behavior:

• No flicker happens and it is a smooth transition to the next banner

Affected environments:

• At least 3 NROs have reported this happening on their production website (MY, JP, GPI) - it probably affects all websites
• It can also be replicated on dev environment gutenberg
