We are currently using Ubuntu 18.04 (Bionic) through the Phusion project, which has no longer official support for security or any other update.

Furthermore, the PHP ppa repository we use has dropped support for 18.04, which means our docker images have effectively stopped building.

Requirements

• Upgrade Ubuntu image to 22.04 (Jammy).
• Make sure tests pass, and all the images (eg. openresty, php-fpm) are building properly.
