Summary

A help icon will be added to the main panel view as well as the editor version that provides extra help to users if they need it.

• The text will read: The Media Archive pulls images from
  media.greenpeace.org. You can import these images into your Wordpress Media Library and Post/Page. If you have further questions, you can visit the Media Archive page in the Handbook.
