Summary

Bulk select and bulk import options added to the media archive. 

Requirements

• The behaviour follows the native bulk select option in the media library.
• Similar to the bulk select option in the media library, the search bar goes away when the user clocks on bulk select.
• When the user clicks on 'Bulk Select' the button changes to an inactive state that says 'Bulk Import' and a cancel button is added. 
• Users can manually select the images they want to bulk upload.
• The images are at 20% opacity unless the user is hovering and once the user has selected an image. 
• Once one image is selected, the 'Bulk Import' button becomes active.
• Once all images have been selected the user can click on the 'Bulk Import' button and a popup (same as native WP) pops up with a message to confirm that the user wants to import X amount of images.
