Summary

Once images have been added to the library, the current beta version has a checkmark. This ticket is to replace the checkmark with the 'Media Library Icon' in the left hand corner to avoid confusion when the user bulk uploads and needs to select photos using a checkmark. The icon will always stay in the corner, but when a user hovers over the image in the main panel view, it will say 'Added to Media Library.' Note: This is for the main panel view. The editor version will have the same UI icon and hover state, but also has an additional option 'Added to Media Library & Post' and 'Added to Media Library & Page' for a specific flow. Requirements

• Only added to images once the user has added the image to the media library
• When user hovers over an image that has already been added, the text 'Added to Media Library' will be displayed.
