Summary

The two new block reports (blocks and patterns) are there for quite some time now and they still marked as Beta. They seem to be working quite well, so it's time for "graduation".

Requirements

• Remove the existing old Blocks report. Clean up any "dead" code.
• Remove the "(Beta)" suffic of both of the new reports.
• Make sure that that the new Blocks report is used by default when clicking on the parent "Blocks" sidebar option.
• Make sure that both reports are accessible by Editors (see this PR)
• Verify the Spreadsheet Blocks aggregation script still works.
