Summary

We still have the "Donate button" settings (see screenshot), although we now support using a native menu for customization the Donate button. Since it's hard for all NROs to adjust their donation configuration, we could create a migration to automate the process.

Requirements

• Create a migration that does the following steps:
  • Creates a new menu named donate-menu assigned to the "donate-button" location.
  • Copies the relevant text and link values from the planet4_options to this menu.
  • If the donate-menu  already exists the migration can be skipped.
• Post a relevant update to #p4-general
• Create a follow up ticket to remove the "Donate button" settings.
