Summary

We can have one feature flag for all new IA features to make it easier for NROs to just flip one toggle but also simplify technical maintainance of these features.

Requirements

• This new feature flag should live under Planet 4 > Navigation.
• Label: "New Information Architecture"
• Description: "Enables all features supporting new IA and navigation functionality (eg. Actions post type, Listing pages pagination)."
• This will replace all the feature toggles under Planet 4 > Information Architecture and effectively remove this section.
