As it's done for the EN counter block, I believe it could be useful to have a block that use the Hubspot counter for NROs who host their petition pages in P4.

The idea is to display the number of signups of a form built in Gravity Form (connected to Hubspot)

The Hubspot/Cosmos team has developed a counter that uses an API URL, and this code could be re-used to develop a counter block in P4.
