Remove action-type string from Action Type permalink url

      Summary

      Action Type permalink urls now include the string "action-type". To achieve shorter urls we can completely remove it. This is the same behavior as the Post Type permalinks.

      Requirements

      • Action Type permalinks should only use the Action Type slug.
