To offer consistent editor UX we should move all page options in the sidebar.

Tasks

• Move Page Header Fields option in the sidebar for all post types where this is enabled.
• Keep the same title as the header of the options section.
• Potentially remove helper texts to save some space, since the labels are quite self explanatory.
