Investigate how to lead with spacings to core/media-text

      This ticket is based on the Mag's comment from PLANET-6768.

      Description

      The idea is to investigate how to work with spacing especially with the core/media-text. Currently, you have to define a media width of to the image as %  and the left space is applied to the text, but in more scenarios that behavior is very complex to fit the same as the UI.

      We can also research how difficult is to replace the `core/media-text` to a core/image + core/paragraph.

      This approach can be replicated in other patterns/blocks too, not only to the `Issues` block pattern.
