Description of the issue: Submenu block does not fetch the H2 headline from
the Covers block (and the headline of the Related articles block). I am
working on a template page on the dev site and I noticed the issue. The
example link is on the dev site but it is valid for any other page link
really. The workaround is to remove the Covers block title and add manually
another Heading block to fetch it, but it will be good to not have to do
that in general.
