Install GA add-on for Gravity Forms on all sites

      Summary

      Now that mmarcott verified at PLANET-6898 that the add-on  is working fine with GA4, we install it on all sites.

      Requirements

      • Add the add-on to base required packages
      • Adjust the post-deploy script to activate the add-on by default
