There is no menu item visible from the (left) side panel to allow Editors to access Reusable Blocks. They can only access the Reusable Block Editor via Posts. Our interim solution is for Editors to bookmark the Blocks Manager URL. Would be great if this was accessible to them from the side panel.

The menu is visible for Admins. But not visible for Editors although they do have proper capabilities for Reusable blocks.
