Deprecate new Navbar and Country Selector feature flags

      This is a maintenance step to clean up these two feature flags that were added to give time to certain NROs to adjust their css customization code.

      EOL date: 31.08.2022

      Tasks

      • Communicate deprecation plan with the last few remaining NROs that still haven't made the switch. (done)
      • Prepare the PR to clean up the code and remove these two feature flags.
      • Maybe adjust the P4 notice box to inform the NROs.
