After proper consideration, we have decided to decommission the Greenlandic P4 instance. How would the process for this look?
 
Here's some initial context already:

• The instance hasn't been kept up to date since 2019 and we have no staff resources to pick this website work back up.
• I have exported the content (pages, posts - both languages) and backed them up.
• If it's possible to config a catch-all 301 redirect for greenpeace.org/greenland to greenpeace.org/denmark then that'll do for now. (if campaigners ever decide to create Greenland-specific content on the DK instance, I may reach out for a tweak to the redirect one day)
