Created this ticket to contain multiple various UI changes that were piggy-backed on the (already complex) ticket of providing a read more button that links to the search page, and were completely unrelated.

Decoupling these into separate tickets avoids all work getting stalled if any one of the components is blocked. It also provides better visibility to our NROs about what is changing.

Design changes

• For all screens:
  • Move meta information below excerpt.
• M & S screens:
  • Add the description
  • Place the image above the information
  • Remove the white background container
