This is preparation for PLANET-6480. Before we actually remove the Customizer we should make sure that existing code is transferred to child themes.

Tasks

• Did a quick survey on how people are using this. (Done)
• Create a snapshot of all existing code (Done)
• For NROs that have development capacity, we should just give a heads up to transfer the code themselves in order to add it in the right place along with the rest of their code base.
• For NROs without development capacity, we can take over to transfer the code. We should only transfer the code that makes sense to be NRO specific (eg. Happy point). Any customization that it would be hard for them to maintain can be dropped.
